But from my graph, I can see that my grade is not so stable, for mainly two reasons: Injury and the cold weather. However, running has many benefits which can help me make a change: First of all, running can help me building on a strong immune system, which I can suffer less from the illnesses. Because I&#39;m quite skinny, I usually caught a cold, so I think I can be better if I run more. In addition, running can help me to relieve stress. Whenever I&#39;m under the burden of study, I can go to run for maybe 30 minutes. This method is really useful to me. What&#39;s more, running eliminates depression. After running for a few minutes, your brain will start to secrete hormones that naturally improve your mood. And the most important things is that running keeps me healthy. Research shows that running can raise the levels of good cholesterol while also helping me increase lung function and use. In addition, research shows that healthy adults who exercise regularly are generally happier than those who don&#39;t. As a runner, you&#39;ll likely feel more energetic and creative. What&#39;s more, running helps you improve your fitness and stamina. As a weight-bearing exercise, running also increases bone density, which can fend off osteoporosis. And lastly, running burns about 100 calories per mile for a 150-pound person. Because running also builds muscle mass, your resting metabolism will increase, which means that you&#39;ll burn more calories at
