A once great Empire the Romans ruled all who they wanted. With a massive military and leadership there was nothing they couldn’t do. After starting out as a small tribe they grew to a huge civilization which was feared. But due to corruption and evil doers, Rome fell from its once great status to nothing. Killing themselves off the Roman Empire was finished.\n\nThe Romans started out as a group of people called the Latins. In 800 B.C the Latins migrated to Italy. They settled along the Tiber River. The Romans shared the river along with other groups people known as the Greeks and the Etruscan civilization. The Etruscan people taught the Romans many things such as the alphabet and engineering. 291 years later in 509 B.C the Romans kicked out the Etruscan people who had taught the Romans so many things needed to survive. Once the Romans kicked out the Etruscan people the Romans made a government and began to build the Roman Empire.\n\n\n\n\n\tIn the year 117 A.D, the Roman Empire had reached its peak. The Empire’s economy was thriving during this time. The Roman’s had the biggest military so they could control of any country they wanted. Later Augustus became Caesar and he made a new stable government. This made the people very happy and made taxation fair. Since everyone in the city paid taxes, the same amount of tax money was collected by the government. People would pay less since the newly installed taxation method was evenly distributed. This is one of the reasons which helped Rome reach its climax.\n\n\n\t\n\n\tThe Roman Empire started to decline in the year 486 A.D. Near the end of Rome’s supremacy is when they started to come across the ancient German tribes. The Germans tribes were full of barbarians. The barbarians were cunning, ruthless warriors. The barbarians destroyed the Roman Empire’s military. This was one of the main reasons that the Roman Empire had to deal with bad Caesars. After Augustus there were ineffective Caesars. Rome suffered from this. Caesars like Caligula and Nero were both crazy and evil. They made terrible decisions. These catastrophes led to the downfall of the once great Roman Empire.\n","content_type":"","title":null,"shrink":null}],"theme":{"createdAt":"2016-04-22T04:54:11.000Z","updatedAt":"2016-12-12T12:47:10.000Z","logoImages":[""],"charts":{"treemap":{"labels":{"name":{},"value":{}}},"wordcloud":{"labels":{"fontFamily":"Arial","fontWeight":"700"}},"table":{"cellBackground":"#ffffff","headerBackground":"#eeeeee","cellColor":"#232323","headerColor":"#232323","shapeFill":"#232323"}},"color":{"bg":"#ffffff","text":"#000000","chart":{"bg":"transparent","text":"#7d7d7d"},"element":{"bg":"transparent","text":"#000000"}},"colorPresets":[],"localFonts":[],"font":{"common":{"textAlign":"initial","fontSize":"16","fontStyle":"normal","fontWeight":"400","fontFamily":"PT
