The general range from May 1st to May 20th was 6 to 8 hours. Then, on May 21st, I merely slept for 4 hours because I went to a concert that night. However, the next two nights, on the 22nd and 23rd, I slept for 9 and 8 hours, respectively. I got less sleep the nights after the 23rd because I was out on the nights of May 24th (Friday) and May 25th (Saturday). On the 26th, I made sure I got plenty of sleep before the trip to Ashland, which began on the 27th. At Ashland, I did not sleep as much as I generally do because my room mates Makoto, Liam, Jonah and I stayed up a bit late and woke up early for continental breakfast. I tried to listen to listen to music that was easy to listen to while I slept. I use a Hip Hop playlist on my Spotify account that consist of smoother tracks rather than my general Hip Hop playlist. Each week I listened to my Oldies/Soul playlist with Al Green, Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, etc. at least once. I also listened to my R&B playlist at least once a week from week 1 to week 4. I was less consistent in listening to the Hip Hop playlist. In week 1 and 3, I didn't play it at all, but in week 2, 4, and 5 I played it at least twice each week. From week 1 to week 3, I listened to Jazz at least once a week, and in week 3 I listened to it heavily. I didn't listen to the Classical playlist that often; I only listened to it twice in week 3. From the 10th to the 20th, the maximum amount of hours that I would exercise dropped down to 1 hour. I made sure I exercised the weekend before Ashland because I knew I would be eating a lot (there are lots of delicious restaurants in the downtown area of Ashland). At Ashland, I didn't exercise at all, with the exception of walking, which does not entirely count in my opinion.
