The survey went out to 681 employees, all of those who have been working at Klarna more than 3 months at the time of send out. \n\nBelow, you will find information about the response rate and the results on our 3 main indexes that we measured - the Employee satisfaction Index, the Net Promoter Score and the Leadership Index. To get a better overview of the results we are providing you with a benchmark, which consists out of 350,000 answers from different industries, collected during the last 3 years by our provider Netsurvey. \n\nPlease note that there is no breakdown shown for some indexes for small divisions/departments due to anonymity reasons.\n\nDuring April you should go through the team specific results in your team and follow up on them together. Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with a comparison to last years&#39; results, since we used a different set of questions and analysis then. Hopefully it will create a better understanding of the company’s direction and success factors, and all teams of the company should work on translating it into team goals and then into individual goals. Feedback is generally the responsibility of the managers, and often an important tool into accomplishing work excellence as well as personal development. However, if you as an employee don’t receive the feedback you need, you should ask for it.\n\nIn terms of competence development, that is something you as an employee should bring up for discussion with your manager. Please remember though that competence development is not necessarily the same as fancy trainings or becoming a manager. Competence development is just as much, or even more, about becoming better and better at what you do.
