This can be a genetic mutation. In total 6 mutations need to occur. Environmental mutations may be the result of things like carcinogens in cigarette smoke. Or some sun rays. (Ultraviolet). Cancer can run in the family. Cancer can be passed from parent to child. Also, some mutations can be random. When a cell divides, the genetic code must be copied, these divisions happen a lot and sometimes errors can occur. A lot of natural causes of cancer can be avoided. They can be avoided with proper education and action. Women have a higher risk of getting certain types of breast cancer if her family has a history of breast cancer. This can also happen with men and prostate cancer. Even though most cancers are bad, not all of them are. There is a type of cancer that allows extraordinary muscle development. When a cell fails and becomes cancer, it can still go through the cell process. (Cell division). This means the cancer cell will spread and crowd up, Like a traffic jam.\n","content_type":"","title":"","shrink":null},{"type":"chart","chart_id":2096794,"object_id":"solid_1371167115","chart_type_nr":23,"data":[[["187,600","New cases of cancer (excluding about 81,700 non-melanoma skin cancers) and 75,500 deaths will occur in Canada in 2013.","downPath",""],["838,724","Canadians living with a cancer that had been diagnosed in the previous 10 years in 2009.","upPath"]]],"custom":{},"colors":[],"dimensions":[],"modifier":0,"sheetnames":[],"sheets_settings":[]},{"type":"particle","particle_id":1589374,"object_id":"solid1371167775","particle_type":"bodytext","picture":null,"text":"The electromagnetic spectrum is a big contender the one of the causes of cancer. Get enough vitamin D. This can be from the sun or supplements or your diet. You can also get screened for cancer. Doing this will help reduce the risk and fight it early, which will give you a better chance of defeating cancer. Cancer can be genetic, so look for the history of cancer in your family.
